CEVA applies its core competencies and the vast experience of our individual leaders to the challenges of assisting governments in establishing, sustaining and supporting their security sectors – military and police.

CEVA’s overarching purposes in all the services we provide to security sectors around the world are to:

• Develop and sustain professional security forces – military and police.
• Enhance respect for – and adherence to – the Rule of Law.
• Establish and sustain strategy-based forces that are resourced through a transparent system of planning and budgeting.

CEVA’s security sector services are based on General Vuono’s Six Imperatives and include:

• Training and education, including systems development and management
• Ministerial and organizational capacity building
• National security strategy and operational planning
• Systems development
• Leader development, including senior leader seminars

CEVA’s leaders and security sector services teams have decades of experience in supporting both the U.S. Department of Defense and its constituent Combatant Commands, and foreign governments around the world.

Warfighter Focus:

The Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) program is a U.S. Army program under the Program Executive Office, Simulation, Training and Instrumentation, to consolidate operations and maintenance, systems integration and engineering support services for the Army's live, virtual and constructive training systems. CEVA is a member of the Raytheon-led Warrior Training Alliance that operates the Warfighter Focus contract.
